- Client refers to a user seeking services.
- Service Provider refers to a professional, freelancer, contractor, or business offering services through the Platform.
- User refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

GetHuduma provides an online marketplace that connects Clients with Service Providers.
GetHuduma does not directly provide the services listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated. Service agreements are entered into directly between Clients and Service Providers.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Ensuring account information remains accurate.
- All activities conducted under their account.
GetHuduma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Posting Service Requests
Clients may post requests describing the services they require.
Clients agree that:
- Information provided is accurate.
- Requests do not violate any law.
- Requests do not contain misleading, offensive, or fraudulent content.
6. Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers agree to:
- Provide accurate qualifications and experience.
- Deliver services professionally and lawfully.
- Maintain any required licenses, permits, or certifications.
- Communicate honestly with Clients.
Service Providers are solely responsible for the quality and completion of their services.
7. Quotes and Offers
Service Providers may submit quotations or proposals in response to service requests.
GetHuduma does not guarantee:
- Acceptance of any offer.
- Availability of work opportunities.
- Accuracy of quotations provided by users.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through payment methods approved by GetHuduma.
Where applicable:
- Clients agree to pay the agreed service fee.
- Service Providers agree to applicable service charges and platform fees.
- Payments may be held until services are completed and approved.
GetHuduma reserves the right to deduct applicable platform commissions, transaction fees, or taxes.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests may be subject to platform policies.
Refunds may be considered where:
- Services were not delivered.
- Services substantially differed from agreed requirements.
- Fraudulent activity is identified.
Refund decisions may be made at GetHuduma’s discretion.
10. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Violate any law.
- Submit false information.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Upload harmful software or malicious code.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
11. Reviews and Ratings
Clients may leave reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences.
Reviews must:
- Be truthful.
- Not contain offensive language.
- Not include defamatory statements.
GetHuduma reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, logos, trademarks, software, and designs are the property of GetHuduma or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
GetHuduma acts solely as a marketplace connecting Clients and Service Providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetHuduma shall not be liable for:
- Service quality issues.
- Delays or failures by Service Providers.
- Disputes between users.
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Users engage with each other at their own risk.
14. Dispute Resolution
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
Where necessary, GetHuduma may assist in facilitating communication but is not obligated to act as an arbitrator.
Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
15. Privacy
User information is handled in accordance with the GetHuduma Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to provide Platform services.
16. Suspension and Termination
GetHuduma may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraud or abuse.
- Pose security risks to the Platform or its users.
17. Changes to Terms
GetHuduma may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
