Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma operates an online marketplace that connects Clients seeking services with independent Service Providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement establishes the terms under which Service Providers may advertise, offer, and perform services through the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Independent Contractor Relationship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They are independent contractors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of GetHuduma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service Providers are solely responsible for how services are delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma does not supervise, direct, or control the manner in which services are performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Eligibility Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To become a Service Provider, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 18 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have legal authority to enter contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate registration information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess required licenses, certifications, permits, or qualifications where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain good standing under applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma may request verification documents at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Account Registration and Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide truthful information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate profile details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update information when changes occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect account credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma may verify identities through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>National IDs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driver&#8217;s licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business registration documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional certifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Service Listings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creating accurate service descriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting realistic pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing truthful qualifications and experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating service availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">False or misleading information is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Service Standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver services professionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercise reasonable care and skill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete jobs within agreed timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate respectfully with Clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeated failure to meet service standards may result in account suspension or removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Quotes and Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers may submit quotations or proposals to Clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All quotations must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be honest and accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly state the scope of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include applicable fees and charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers may not intentionally underquote services to secure jobs and later demand unreasonable additional payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Client Communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respond promptly to Client inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate professionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate progress updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify Clients of delays or changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory conduct are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may be processed through GetHuduma&#8217;s payment systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GetHuduma may deduct platform commissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable transaction fees may be deducted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment release may be delayed pending dispute resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are subject to fraud prevention reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma does not guarantee uninterrupted payment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers are solely responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Income taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VAT obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulatory charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Service Providers unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Insurance and Licensing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable, Service Providers must maintain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professional licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trade permits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business registrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers are solely responsible for maintaining compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Background Checks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma reserves the right to conduct or request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identity verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualification verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criminal record checks where permitted by law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reference checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to cooperate may result in account restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Ratings and Reviews<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may submit ratings and reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers acknowledge that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviews may affect visibility and opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GetHuduma may remove reviews that violate Platform policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempts to manipulate ratings are prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Prohibited Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit false credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresent qualifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform illegal services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solicit payments outside the Platform when prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abuse Clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share malicious software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circumvent Platform policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violations may result in immediate termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Health and Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining safe working practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following applicable safety regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using appropriate equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protecting Client property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers assume all risks associated with service performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any content uploaded by Service Providers remains their property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By uploading content, Service Providers grant GetHuduma a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and promote such content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers may access confidential Client information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share confidential information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use information for unauthorized purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disclose private Client data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetHuduma, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services performed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misconduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breach of this Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetHuduma shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lost profits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business interruption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal injury.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client disputes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indirect or consequential damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers use the Platform at their own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma may suspend or terminate accounts for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poor performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to verify identity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers agree to cooperate with dispute investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma may request evidence including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Platform decisions regarding payment holds and dispute resolution shall be binding unless otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22. Modification of Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">23.
