Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GetHuduma<\/strong> refers to the website, platform, and its operators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client<\/strong> refers to a user seeking services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service Provider<\/strong> refers to a professional, freelancer, contractor, or business offering services through the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Platform Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma provides an online marketplace that connects Clients with Service Providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma does not directly provide the services listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated. Service agreements are entered into directly between Clients and Service Providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. User Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring account information remains accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All activities conducted under their account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Posting Service Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may post requests describing the services they require.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information provided is accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests do not violate any law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests do not contain misleading, offensive, or fraudulent content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Service Provider Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate qualifications and experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver services professionally and lawfully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain any required licenses, permits, or certifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate honestly with Clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers are solely responsible for the quality and completion of their services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Quotes and Offers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Providers may submit quotations or proposals in response to service requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma does not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acceptance of any offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability of work opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuracy of quotations provided by users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may be processed through payment methods approved by GetHuduma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients agree to pay the agreed service fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service Providers agree to applicable service charges and platform fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments may be held until services are completed and approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma reserves the right to deduct applicable platform commissions, transaction fees, or taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Cancellations and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation requests may be subject to platform policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds may be considered where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services were not delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services substantially differed from agreed requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent activity is identified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund decisions may be made at GetHuduma&#8217;s discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. User Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violate any law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit false information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harass, threaten, or abuse others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload harmful software or malicious code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in fraudulent activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violations may result in account suspension or termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Reviews and Ratings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may leave reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reviews must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be truthful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not contain offensive language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not include defamatory statements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Platform content, logos, trademarks, software, and designs are the property of GetHuduma or its licensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma acts solely as a marketplace connecting Clients and Service Providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetHuduma shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service quality issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays or failures by Service Providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes between users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users engage with each other at their own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where necessary, GetHuduma may assist in facilitating communication but is not obligated to act as an arbitrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">User information is handled in accordance with the GetHuduma Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to provide Platform services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GetHuduma may suspend or terminate accounts that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violate these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in fraud or abuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pose security risks to the Platform or its users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17.
